ITs FRIDAY !!!

boowhoo i finally update this bloggie.. :p Cant blame... after reaching home everyday after bath, i would snore and fell asleep hahaha... damn tired!

every hr must run here and there..called up these and that...contact these person and that...*shrugs* On wednesday, when my head supervisor was not around, i thought i finally can take a good rest in office slacking... but basically these could only happen in my dreams only >.< All the calls was transfer to me and i had to entertain those people... and one damn female doctor pisses me off.. the way she respond is like suspecting wad i said is true or not...and i had to explain to her the entire process of distributing 2008 calender to her for 20 mins.. *UgHs!* next time she will see my power! LOL hahax

Then today, we have plan to go great world city to eat.. HAHAHA... but in the end wait too long... the admin head wanted to go back office earlier.. then we change plan .. go tiong bahru eat ... also gd la.. hahax >.<

Oh yea.. that japanese dental students super CUTE CUTE sia... wahahah... those guys look so fabulous cute and pretty.. yea pretty... gers ur chio also manz... but too bad.. i dun hav my camera wib me... if nt can take pic take pic liao *SHRUGS* I can only rem i keep on bowing to them... cz they keep on bowing to me >.< spinal crack liao >.<

Hehehee.. heard frm big boss secretary, theres a staff telematch on dec 7th and christmas party...hahaha... today my head supervisor, the admin people, secretary and those senior nurses was busy talking about this right behind my seat LOL..!!!
Cz my head sittin behind me mah... they all gather ard her.. hahaha.. so noisy.. in the end... the nurses still say they very bad right.. keep disturbin me.. cant work >.< so cute! haha

The teleMatch haha kinda fun !... wanted see show.. how everyone gg play in the lobby :S :S Heard the HR is going to send out all their staff to participate haha... finance dept nobody care... then my dept... cz the boss secretary surely wont play one, the admin people also bo chap, my head think bo chap also... me la me la.. i wanna play! LOLx

Nw i work for a week liao.. finally kw some characteristic of NDC people.. all "zoom" here and "zoom" there. so funny!
U can see one person for one sec.. for the next sec.. u wont see that person.. disappear liao... basically all the people walk fast, eat fast, talk fast... Find people damn hard sia.. like find president like dat... always see the big boss walk and give instructions at the same time... WTH

YAY... gg to be dec liao... another 1 more mth to stress release... YAY.. jus went dw to recruit express to give timesheet >.<

then gather wib sh and ivan for a quick shop and drink :P :p
But i was not really "high", kinda blister from my new shoes >.<

Mon Blues

People always say monday blues.. indeed its is lol >.<

but my monday is nt blue... is green (The work make my face green) >.<"

Today ah... whole mornin went to edit photographs using photoshop liao... even when i was a basic in photoshop... also have to scratch my head to edit.. who ask me have a diploma in IT... if i say dunno... people will think i bluff em lol...But heng, lucky in the end... the edited photograph turned out to be nicer than i thought...

Then went harbourfront wib my head supervisor and her friends to eat lunch haha ~_~ at ist i thought how can go there eat... sure late one what... but realised one stop ley... hahah.. they was luffing at me when i seem worried.... we went to the harbourfront fc to eat... cz all of us agree.. we ur on the "budget fetish" LOLX...
Then when eating.. i went to rant and rave on wu zun, zaizai and rainie... and its kinda funny la.. cz when i was getting excited here and there when i talk... they ur luffing at me again... >.<

After that... they went to hans to buy snacks (fatty sia! LOLx >.<) while i go ard window shopping lol.. haha.. i almost thought i was gg harbourfront to shop lol... if not for the formal clothes i wear... i sure chiong into the changing room to try on clothes liao...then we spent like almost 1 hr 40 min sia... but after returning back to office... no1 care.. boss nt in hahahah

After that... kinda drag into a meeting for the ist time manz... and all of a sudden,suddenly i was put in charge of tml corporate event.. WTH... gt to supervise and check EVERYTHING.. i meant everything lol...to make sure tml event run smoothly...from food to reception to those technicians fixing PA system

And today i machiam photocopy the most number of papers in my whole life... 900 sheets of PAPERS!!! Me Jitou wanted to press the button to 900 and let it run like tapwater... but cant ah... machine will spoilt?! haiz... gt to photocopy in batches lol... one of the guy in Operation dept was asking me.. am i photocopying 1million papers... ?! WTH ?! ... >.<

I HOPE tml event will run smoothly la... may all the foods and drinks arrive punctually.. if nt... i think i gonna chop off my head and hung on the wall liao.. organiser is boss ley... *arghsss*

ITS satUrdaY!!!

woohoo... i jus wake up... *wakie* *wakie* hahaha... i woke up becuz of the hot sun shining on my butt lor ... lol so late... hhehee... finally got back half of my energy lost during work >.<

Friday was mi 2nd day of work... whole day kinda do handicraft and distribution throughout the whole NDC... from 1st floor to 6 floor manz....

Things that i do

1. Laminating posters
2. Trimming lift posters
3. Ordering security guard again to put up posters [this time, they listen to me muhhahaha]
4. Rearrange used papers and throw those that are not suitable for printing
5. Preparing Brouchures for Tuesday corporate event
6. Keying in new events in ecalender for Jan/Feb 2008
7. Replenish new "whitening teeth promos" on each lvl of clinic

Oh yea... when i was laminating posters pictures right... i spoilt dat machine!!!
It eat up my paper... cz the paper kinda gone missing... didnt come out >.<
*sHrugs* my supervisor was luffing >.<
but lucky we called the techician up to fix it and they say its the ist time the laminating machine is spoilt ... wth... This makes me the pioneer of spoiling machine liao :/

Ist day At Work

:) wosh... its my ist day work at National Dental Centre as corporate affairs assistant ! @_@!!!!

For the past few days.. i thought it was a horrible place... but was rather pleased as my working environment was nicey nicey... had my own desk, computer, nice armchair and nice collegues... guess im the youngest there manz.. cz all the ladies there hahaha.. yap... "ladies" mostly ur in their late 20s or 30s and even senior nurses are in their 40s... but they ur a nice lot :P

TOday did a whole lot of things manz... busy from morning 8.30 to 5.30 ... but i like my job scope... cz its a closer step for me to see how people plan and coordinate events... do brouchures, posters, magazines and newsletter YAP...!!!

My supervisor.. which is a senior excecutive .. damn pro lol.. one man-show everything herself.. no wonder she needs a assistant hahaa...she is a nice lady too *phew* GRAD frm NTU sia... dun play play. Was assigned quite a handful of tasks today >.<

Will be assisting in with grps of Japanese dental college students visit to NDC.. YEAH.. JAPANESE sia.. i hope they ur KAWAII-ee >.< LOLS

Today i went to call up their Japan tour agency lol.. then gt to call up refreshment bakeries and tml have to prepare their brochures and gifts... *hummmpp* busy sia. Its a corporate event as those students are VIP .. *speechless*

Though my very ist time doing all this sorts of things ... But interesting haha... somehow similar to my dreAM starting JOB in future when i grad hehe ^_^

After next week Japanese students... was told to coordinate all the NDC doctors lol... for a photoshoot in newsletter?! sianz! never really thought doing a newsletter actually need so much of effort ...die liao tis time! >.<

I need my 9 hr of sleep @_@ HELPPPPPPP

Oh yea.. one scary thing there... the top director office is right behind my table ... and his secretary table is damn near me lol... kns... NO MSN and CHIT-CHATTIN liao! Haiz Haven interact with the HR dept... but i think they look nice ba... LOOOK ONLY?! lol hope so >.<

Today gt a LOTS of cakes and snacks before lunch muhahaha... no time to take photos... i think all the people like hungry ghosts.. those cakes finished amazingly super fast @_@

today i actually went down and ordered the security guard to put up posters in the lift... wahahaa... that crap guy want to bully me lol.. say wat.. no time to put... but after i tell him is my head wanted him to die die put... he keep quiet liao -__-"

Centre AHHHHHHHH~ feeling quite depressed over it lar.. esp when the contract was signed and me regretting liao... so fast regret manz

thing was the start date was postponed instead of Mon to Thu ba... thats
quite a good news where i can rest longer... hehehe DATE ME DATE ME

Money-wise... not very good compared to OTHER govt jobs... *thumbs down*
suspected the agent ka-po my pay lol... but suan le...regret le also no point..
hope can learn something and the job can slack and no one supervise me muhahaha
the agent was saying its quite a nice job and related to what i m studying now >.<
